Although the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has not yet made a formal announcement, franchises have been informally informed about the schedule.

Sources indicate that BCCI and IPL officials are in the final stages of finaliasing a venue that can accommodate the delegations from all 10 franchises and a large crew from Jio and Disney Star over the three-day event.
While Saudi Arabia is seen as more expensive than Dubai, the Board believes it’s important to explore new markets and grow the IPL’s fan base, given its status as the most popular cricket league in the world.
With the auction approaching, franchises are awaiting formal communication from the BCCI regarding the venue details to address their logistical needs promptly.
